    Evolve Pilates Mat

As a full mind and body exercise, Pilates is a low impact system that strengthens and stabilizes the core.

Using slow, precise movement and breath control, you will realign your spine, improve your posture and increase strength and mobility.

Good for all levels, we work through the fundamentals and proper techniques of a Pilates class with focus on body awareness and alignment.

NEW Reformer group and private classes. This effective, unique practice uses a machine known as the Pilates Reformer that adds resistance using springs for extra challenge and to target and improve flexibility, posture, strength and functional movement. A full body, toning and sculpting class with fast results

Essentrics

  • Essentrics Classic

Essentrics is a low impact, full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening. Techniques combined from pilates, yoga, tai chi and dance work to help you improve posture, enhance mobility, increase flexibility and toner and shape the body.

Our Classic and Toning classes are focused on shaping, toning and strengthening, while adding flexibility . A challenge worth taking to feel stronger, more fit and rebalanced.

  • Age Reversing Essentrics

Age Reversing Essentrics is a slow and gentle, full body stretch and strengthen workout. Increase mobility and relieve aches, pain and joint stiffness. Perfect for anyone returning or starting back to fitness or looking for a slow tempo class.

Each class leave with improved balance, posture and range of motion.

Barre

  • Barre Fitness

Merrithew and Essentrics certified classes with a focus on posture and alignment.

You will quickly move through a series of ballet, pilates and Essentrics inspired exercises, while using a barre to balance.

Barre classes are filled with high reps and may use light hand weights and props change up this full body, legs focused class. You will feel “the burn”, and leave knowing you have worked your muscles.
