Yoga

We create classes suitable to all levels with the goal of helping build balance, strength and flexibility while helping you rest and relax your mind, breathe and body.

Pilates

As a full mind and body exercise, Pilates uses slow, precise movement and breath control to help realign your spine, improve your posture and increase strength and mobility.

Essentrics

Essentrics is a low impact, full body workout with elements of pilates, yoga, tai chi and dance work to improve posture, mobility and flexibility to tone and shape.

Barre

Barre combines ballet, pilates and yoga inspired exercises and focuses on posture and alignment while including high reps and light hand weights for a full body “burn”.
