Essentrics
Essentrics is a low impact, full body workout with elements of pilates, yoga, tai chi and dance work to improve posture, mobility and flexibility to tone and shape.
Barre
Barre combines ballet, pilates and yoga inspired exercises and focuses on posture and alignment while including high reps and light hand weights for a full body “burn”.

Susan is Evolve’s Owner and Instructor and is a certified Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Restorative, Chair, Vinyasa, Merrithew Barre, Pilates Mat and Essentrics Instructor.

Brenda Docker
Brenda is an Evolve Instructor who is a massage therapist, a certified as a Level 3 Essentrics® Instructor and a Merrithew Pilates Mat Instructor.
